Mindfulness Painting is a form of meditation using paint, paper, and a brush that calms and grounds your spirit allowing your imagination to spontaneously bring forth images. There is no judging of what comes, simply an embodied awareness that is put on paper.
As a result, Mindfulness Painting has been a useful way to express the process of being mindful and to let go stress to prevent burnout. As you paint, you become ever more present, allowing creativity to ignite and arise spontaneously from your deepest energy source.
