Welcome to Mindfulness Painting Experience!

Mindfulness Painting is offering an 8-week series for therapists, coaches, and counselors to explore creativity, deepen connection to self, and provide self-care. To understand Mindfulness Painting, participants will learn the 7 Principles of Mindfulness Painting including Not Knowing, Listening, Respecting, Following the Energy, Working with Difficulty, Not Interpreting, and Completion. Each week a different principle will be introduced and focused on during that class. It is like Mindfulness Meditation with a Paintbrush!
